Every interaction matters. From answering initial questions to assisting with enrollment documentation, our team works to ensure members receive accurate information and feel comfortable throughout the process.
Your Role
As a member of our growing remote team, you will work directly with individuals who have requested information about available benefit programs. Your focus will be on communication, education, organization, and client support.
Typical responsibilities include:
Communicating with members through inbound and outbound calls
Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments
Explaining available benefit options, eligibility requirements, and enrollment procedures
Answering questions clearly and professionally
Assisting with digital applications, forms, and supporting documentation
Maintaining accurate and organized electronic records
Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Working collaboratively with team members and leadership to maintain high service standards
