Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Roofer / Roofing Specialist to join our established crew in Pahrump. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience across multiple residential roofing systems, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and replace residential roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, concrete tile, and cap sheet systems.
Perform roof tear-offs, decking repairs, underlayment installation, flashing, and trim work.
Inspect roofs for structural damage, leaks, and weather wear to determine repair strategies.
Lead and assist daily ground-to-roof operations, maintaining clean and safe job sites.
Follow all OSHA safety standards, fall protection protocols, and local building codes.
Interact professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on professional roofing experience (shingle, tile, and flat/cap sheet preferred).
Commute/Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute daily to Pahrump, NV (or relocate to the area).
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to the Pahrump shop/job sites.
Physical Ability: Able to lift 50–80 lbs consistently, work comfortably at heights, on steep pitches, and in Southern Nevada climate conditions.
Safety: Deep familiarity with roofing safety tools, harnesses, staging, and ladders.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $26.00 – $30.00 / hour (DOE / Negotiable for proven lead experience)
Commuter assistance/gas allowance considerations for qualified SW Las Vegas candidates.
Consistent full-time hours (Monday – Friday, early morning shifts to beat the afternoon heat).
Opportunity for advancement into crew leadership or field management.
