Rusty Eck Ford is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our Ford team!

We are looking for a strong leader who knows how to drive sales, develop a team, hold people accountable, and create an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals.

• Take ownership of dealership sales performance and profitability.

• Work directly with salespeople to structure and close deals.

• Ensure consistent customer follow-up and effective CRM utilization.

• Develop a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with dealership leadership to identify opportunities for growth.

• Previous automotive sales management and finance management experience is a must.
