About Us : Bettaway Traffic Systems, Inc (3PL) offers clients a complete managed services solution. Focused on CPG brands, mostly specializing in the food and beverage sector, we only contract with established carriers to provide equipment availability, quality service, competitive rates and real-time tracking and information.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Coordinate and dispatch carriers on all managed transportation accounts
\n
• Develop relationships with dedicated (contracted) carriers, monitor tender acceptance, service and volume.
\n
• Perform daily operational tasks such as creating orders, allocating product, and managing shipper’s schedules
\n
• Proactively communicate issues to internal and external stakeholders and provide real time solutions as needed
\n
• Collaborate with Traffic leadership to source new carrier partners into the network
\n
• Assist with status and tracking updates as requested
\n
• Perform other assigned operational tasks as assigned by Traffic leadership
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• 1 to 3 years of transportation experience, ideally at a reputable 3PL or brokerage
\n
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
\n
• Ability to problem solve and escalate issues in a timely matter
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Dependable, likeable and team player
\n
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products, LTL booking platforms and TMS a plus
\n
